Homeowners
/ Homebuyers
If your home / potential home has had an electrical safety check before it will have a sticker on the fuse board indicating the date of the inspection and a recommendation for the time of the next inspection. There will also be a certificate indicating whether the previous inspection was satisfactory or unsatisfactory.
Homeowners / buyers require electrical checks for many reasons:
• As part of general maintenance of their property.
• An inspection and test is due.
• They are worried by a fault that has developed.
• After flood damage.
• For insurance purposes.
• Before the purchase of a house.
• Signs of damage or wear and tear.
• They know DIY electrics have been done in the past.
Many homebuyers have asked us to upgrade the fuseboard and switches, sockets etc. at the same time as inspecting and testing the wiring in order to receive a satisfactory report and an installation to the current regulations before they move in. We are happy to do this.
If you would like to book an inspection and test please call Tony on
